How Do I Book A Party?
Its so easy to book your party, simply fill out your information and any details in our online 'request form'. Or you can call us on 07507 367673 or message us on any of our social media. We'll work with you to create your perfect party.
How Far In Advance Should I Book?
We recommend booking your party as far in advance as possible. The sooner the better. But, don't hesitate to Get In Touch with us if your date is coming up soon. We will do everything we can to make your request happen.
Do You Require A Deposit?
Due to high demand, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit. This will secure your details for the party. But the full amount will need to be paid up to 5 days before the party or booking.
Do You Offer Any Charitable Donations or Discounts?
At A Cup Of Character Entertainment, we love spreading magic to underprivileged and less fortunate children and helping out whenever we can. We enjoy working with a variety of non-profits and with other unique charitable situations. Please Get In Touch if you are looking for our help with a charity or non-profit.
What's Your Policy On Rescheduling?
We understand that sometimes, things happen. If you need to reschedule your party or booking. Please let us know ASAP.
Does The Party Have To Be My Home?
You can hold your party just about anywhere! Whether you’d like your own kingdom to be the venue or you’ve rented a hall, park, or other space, our characters and entertainers will be more than happy to make their grand entrance in the place of your choosing.
What Do I Need To Prepare?
Before bookings, it's great to get an idea of the sort of thing you'd like at your party! Like venue, activities, if you would like a character or an entertainer or even one of our other services! But don't worry - if your not sure - we will be here to guide and help you! If you are having a party at home, make sure there is a space for our performers to run the party easily. If you have face painting or glitter tattoos booked - a table space would be ideal!
If you have book a community centre or a hall, It's great to plan where the children will be eating and where the games and activities will be taking place - this helps to keep everyone in the room safe!
What Is The Best Age For A Character Party?
The best age for a character party is 1-10 years old, but - really depends on the child. You know your children better then anyone else. You would be the best judge to what will make your child happy.
Do You Have To Book A Character?
Absolutely not. We offer themes where you do not need to book a character to book a party with us. Just let us know in your request form or message!
Is It Okay If Boys Are At A Princess Party?
Absolutely!
Our characters are always prepared for boys and girls being present when a Princess comes to visit. Our Entertainers and Performers are fully trained and specialise in children and family entertainment.
I Don't Feel Safe Booking An 'In-Person' Visit. What Else Do You Offer?
That's completely understandable. We are still offering 'Virtual Services'. Within this service, we can offer everything from Virtual Birthday Parties to Pre-Recorded Video Messages.
Do you provide the prizes for party games?
We do! We provide all prizes while we are there! Unless you have something special you would like the character or child to receive, we provide everything to run the party and games!
What if we would like an appearance, but it's not a birthday?
That is fine! Our Characters love attending all sorts of events from weddings, to community events and much more! Just simply message us and let us know the details.
What is I don't see my desired character?
If you have had a look at our characters page and don't see your desired character, still message us! We may have them in the pipe line to be adding to our list. If not - we will still do out best to bring them to life!
